Thanks for shopping at Miss Party Store!

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first two 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed from the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Or your article must be used in the same conditions in which you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer or refund items sold at normal price, promotional items cannot be returned.

  • If the item in question is marked as a non-purchase garment and shipped directly to you, you will receive an offer credit not the value of your return.

We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, send us an email to adm@missparty.cl and send the item to:

Late or missing refunds
